Very helpful on the phone but I needed to check something before going ahead. Was given a reference number to call back. When I did, the salesperson said the person I required was occupied and would call me back. After 30 minutes of waiting I called back and was told that the message had never been passed on. Waste of time! Eventually went ahead with insurance though. Hope next customer service experience is better!

I found this company very easy to deal with, all done online. Their quote was very competative and their documents came in a very quick order. Their contactable in the UK on the end of a phone and your past NCB prof of entittlement can sent to them electronically which is always very conveniant.
As of now we've only held their policy for a few days so had no experiance of how good or bad their policy is in a claim. Hopefully we'll not have to find out though.

Only problem, I had 2 separate email reminders and 1 text message reminder to send proof of No Claims discount. I sent the proof 3 times, every time a reminder came through. I've had no confirmation sent to me to say that they have received it. I ended up phoning to check
