Not been into the dinosaur park but Tates, the garden centre attached to the park, is really worth a visit. Entry to garden centre is free, there is an admission fee for the dinosaur park. Garden Centre is very large with huge selection of outdoor plants including pond plants and fish. Shop sells a huge range of things from books and craft bits and bobs to garden furniture, clothes etc...There is a cafe and toilet facilities in the carpark.

Great place to go for a day out. So many things to do all in one place! We loved the cactus gardens and the mini golf (only £1!).

The natural history museum with dinosaurs, fossils, geodes and minerals was enjoyable, and lead all the way through to space exploration!

We visited for the first time today and absolutely loved it! My 2.5 & 5 year olds were busy all day, exploring new areas and finding hidden pathways everywhere we went.

The soft play was perfect for them both (not too big, with 3 different areas available, depending on the size of your child).

The train was a huge hit with my son (£1/person) - the driver (dressed as a pirate!) was friendly and great with kids.

The Dinosaur Safari is hidden away, but worth exploring to find it, as is the indoor dinosaur learning area. There were lots of interactive displays, as well as models and artefacts to see. The interactive fossil pad on the floor kept my 2 busy for a good 10 minutes, using up lots of energy!

The outdoor park area is great for children aged 6+, but a little too big for my 2 unfortunately.

We'll definitely be back & will consider the annual membership as it would pay for itself within 4 visits.

Love this place! Really nice restaurant and great plants. Not to mention great gardens and play area for the kids. All 6 of my kids have a yearly pass each and still worth the money. Something for everyone here x
