Excellent for all ages. Dinosaurs are great, really life-like. Zoo section also very good and well designed. You're able to get close to all the animals. A few kiddy play areas and eating places too.ba great day out.

had a few issues with my ad. so I sent an email to David Ruddle asking hi about them and he sent back a very considerate and comprehensive answer - not some generalized blah about FAQs, but specific to my problem. That was excellent! More than that: the fact that I made contact with a human and not an algorithm was impressive; the speed of reply also, and the fact that it was New Year's eve... Amazing!!

Well we beg to differ from previous miserable comments.went to see Cinderella on Christmas Eve with a 12 year old and a 6 year old grandchildren and all loved it.Lots of laughs ,audience participation ,beautiful singing and dancing( well done to all the cast)and the staff went above and beyond in these dark days.Roll on Easter for Rapunzel 😀😀

Disappointed with space available for animals, although they are all seemingly in excellent condition. My view may have been influenced to expect better by park videos on FB. Gift shop very pricey. Staff very nice.

We drove far to come here for an animal experience and it exceded our expectations. We fed the wolves, they were absolutely gorgeous and the zookeeper/expert was very passionate and informative. The zoo is fairly small but the enclosures are decent sized and the team working there were all so friendly and knowledgeable. Really delighted with our day here and highly recommend!

We love this zoo! We can see the animals really well, everything is spread out nicely so it never feels too busy. Dinosaur trail is great, plenty of animals, soft play, playground, place to eat and picnic area. We also saw Father Xmas today at no extra cost, Father Xmas took the time to have a nice chat with the little ones, we didn't plan to see him but we did and it was great.
