Not sure I used the word great .!! ...as I was sidelined with severe penalty for a conviction 20 years ago. Scott, my adviser/ agent got it over the line,at my cost. But very professional. I hope I see a reduction next year..?

I had a gentleman called Tom help me get a quote. It was always going to be expensive due to my motoring conviction and unspent criminal record, which was very frustrating for me as I have no accidents on my record and 3 years no claim.He was very patient with me and was always available on the phone if I had any queries. He managed to save me a sufficient amount of money compared to what I was being quoted elsewhere. He was also very polite and gave me a brilliant service. I generally felt like I had a friend helping me out. If everyone was as helpful as Tom life would be easier, as sadly there are people who just simply don’t care. Thanks Tom!

Took my 4.5 year old granddaughter to their half-term holiday club on a wet day and she loved it. Did some drawing, colouring and made a duck. Cost £1.50 per session and well worth it.

I am a resident of Hertford so go to this museum lots - but wanted to share on Trip Advisor so that visitors to Hertford get to know about it and can make the most of this excellent resource. Museum has a variety of collections - including lots on the history of Hertford - and a regularly changing exhibition on the ground floor. There is a great shop on the ground floor for cards and presents and internet access. Check online for children's activities and talks held at the museum. Entrance is free, but donations are always welcome.
