The layout of the park is a little unconventional as it continues to grow beyond its original size, but aside from the layout there is little to complain about. Most of the animal enclosures are of a decent size and have a good view of the animals. The lion and tiger enclosures in particular are well thought out.

I'd waited a long time to visit here after my children told me about it. It was amazing best zoo I've ever visited. You get so close to the animals was brilliant. Animals all looked happy in their enclosures & the zoo it lovely all around. Plenty of toilets & baby changing facilities & places to sit enjoy your picnic or rest. I'd definitely go back again & highly recommend it 😊

Had a really good day out. The place was nice and clean and the staff were very helpful. There was enough parking and a place to sit and have lunch. Enough room to walk around and not get squished by other people. The dino area was really a lot bigger than expected, loved it.

The Personal Agent provided excellent experience, and Sarah was particularly warm and knowledgeable about the property. The viewing was arranged swiftly and Sarah was kind to give us enough time with the property to soak it in and really picture ourselves living there. Wonderful place,the dinosaurs were extremely good and very well situated, we ate at a café overlooking the sun bears and saw a couple of them which was truly lovely, lots for little ones to see and do,well worth a visit.
