I love going to the zoo and taking my nearly 16 month old, I've taken him twice so far but I've visited many times before. We last went in the winter where most animals were in hiding but having been today in lovely weather almost all the animals were out and about.

It's a lovely place for kids but we love animals and just not that many to see. Would say its a fantastic play area for kids with some animals thrown in.
