Monday morning I telephoned Rightsure and Amit help me out very efficiently. I hope this will be the routine if I have to telephone in future, as it is so much better to speak to a human, especially one as helpful.

Completed the online policy details, got quote, great price all in 15 minutes, paid and done in less than 30mins, fastest and easiest policy I ever done.
Following day call from right sure, Mohamed, verifying and confirming all the details of the policy, ensuring all is good and I had no questions. Unusual but he was exceptionally polite, easy to understand and to the point, getting through it all in around 5-10 minutes, In the serious tuff, gentle conversation and few laughs. Most unusual from insurance companies and actually good customer relations idea as you feel the company has your interests at heart.
Rightsure have certainly started right, hopefully I won't need them, but feel sure they'll be there if I do.
