Overall I had a great experience getting my website transferred over from another domain host. It is the number one reason why I switched to systeme.io and I am so grateful you offer this service. I have a not had experience creating on the site or using the dashboard yet so I can't comment on that. I am a little disappointed it took so long for the transfer. Being told it would be done in a certain amount of time was the main reason for the switch at that time. My other yearly subscription depended on it and I didn't want to pay for both. I ended up having to pay an extra $97 to the other company to keep it open for the migration to finish which feels like I paid more for the susteme.io year membership. Sam was wonderful and patient.

I needed assistance with the migration of my e-mail campaigns and contacts from another plattform to systeme.io and Said assisted me very well! He was reachable at all times, even on the weekends and responded very quick. He even managed to do the migration so fast that I could end my subscription at the other plattform sooner and - by that save some money! The migration was perfectly done in such a short period of time and I'm really impressed by how fast Said answered each of my e-mails - absolute recommendation!!! Time is a factor when doing enquiries. Although support have a 24 hour turnaround time, the issue was resolved within the span of about an hour. This great if you look at the volumes of enquiries, a company this size might experience daily.
