Lovely zoo, good variety of activities for the children. Plenty of food choices on the weekends but a bit more limited during school days.

Top notch zoo, didn't even go everywhere, the Dinosaurs need a clean lol but kid loved it. Very clean, good kids area, covered seating areas, soft play is massive. Just like a zoo in Australia. don't think just go. Clean, tidy, friendly, loads to do, I'm gonna get a year pass.

Fantastic and fun place for the kids. The Dinosaurs were life-size, which added to the fun. Really enjoyed the visit!

Christopher Field conducted my Mum's funeral earlier this year and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

From the moment he visited us, he took the time to sit and listen to our family stories, truly understanding who Mum was as a person.

He meticulously molded the service to reflect Mum's personality, even including special details from the day she was born. Christopher helped us recall and celebrate past events and cherished memories, making the service a heartfelt tribute.

His genuine nature and attention to detail made all the difference, and we are deeply grateful for his compassionate support during this difficult time.

My husband died at a relatively young age , very suddenly with pancreatic cancer. He had been very fit and well all his life. Although being a nurse myself, it all came as a huge shock to myself and my three children. There was very little time to think about long lasting memories as we were all caught up in the moment and the speed of everything happening. Chris was recommended to us via the funeral service which was a real blessing in disguise. Chris helped deliver the most touching service that we could have wished for. Memories of Richard were expressed in a lighthearted, meaningful way that we will all never forget. Thank you Chris for making a sad situation, unique and memorable for me, my family and friends.

Christopher made contact with us following the passing of our beloved Mother which was organised by our Funeral Directors, Initially there was a meeting with myself and 2 sisters which we were a little apprehensive about as we wanted to get things right for the service. Following the initial introduction Christopher managed to put our minds at rest from the beginning as he made a real effort to get a sense of who we were and more importantly who our Mum was, explaining his services and proceedings explaining how he was there to support us through what was a difficult time. Fast-forward to the day itself and it could not of gone better in terms of Conducting the service and delivering our mums Eulogy written by ourselves and making sure I had the strength to deliver a short speech also and ready to jump in if it got too much.

There was a clear message from him that his support extended further than just the ceremony in terms of dealing with Grief and made sure we were aware he was available if needed to support us further in difficult times, Whilst we did not take advantage of this as my sisters and I are lucky to be able to support each other it was a very nice safety net to know someone was there to help if needed from a non-religious view point.

We could not speak highly enough of his professionalism and ability to understand the family’s needs at this sad time and for that we are extremely grateful

My family could not have been more grateful to Chris for the caring and empathetic way in which he conducted my dad's funeral. Chris took the time to get to know me and my mum beforehand and included all of the family in his readings. He helped my son through his eulogy when at times he was struggling to speak. Dad wasn't religious and we wanted somebody who would make the day less downbeat and more upbeat. Chris certainly did that for us and the way in which he conducted the service was absolutely how dad would have wanted it. His readings were heartfelt but not solemn. I have often commented to people that Chris made the occasion a happy day, rather than it being a sombre affair. I cannot recommend and thank Chris enough for what he did for us that sad day and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him obviously for funeral services, and I cannot comment on anything other, but I can imagine that Chris would make any occasion, be it happy or sad, a much better experience for anyone as he did for us. Chris is obviously a kind-hearted man who cares deeply in what he does - I truly felt like we were his only clients

re:Christopher Field

I recently used the services of Chris as my partner of over 40 years passed away this year.
I found Chris to be caring compassionate and very easy to talk to, he conducted the service with emphapy and understanding, and despite never having met my partner his speech at David's funeral seemed to me like he knew him.
I was recommended to him and I would highly recommend Chris.
He is very approachable, and has good listening skills. He conducts his work with a timely and
organised approach.

Mr Christopher Field

I first met Mr Field after the death of my mother (aged 97yrs) following a short stay in hospital (Rother area) during the Covid outbreak of early 2022. At such a great age her death was still a surprise and made more upsetting due to lack of ability to visit her during her last few weeks and ascertaining any information on her condition during the stay.
Whilst making arrangements the funeral director put me in contact with Christopher Field as an experienced celebrant. I do not live close to the Rother area and initial contact were made by email and Zoom meeting(s). These meetings were most informative about the procedures for the service at a local crematorium not having arranged one before.
Discussions were centred around timings and process and how a celebrant made this a smooth process taking the pressures of the occasion away from the family when required. In this case as an only son I wanted to give a eulogy relevant to the family present. Clearly, Mr Field was aware of this and that in the moment this may not happen as planned, but it was reassuring to know that he would take over if this happened. Much of this was discussed via Zoom meeting(s) and a two way email exchange of my proposed eulogy and music choice and how this fitted in the timings for the ceremony.
Given my distance from the area I had confidence in Mr. Field and that the occasion would pass as I wanted. The first face-to-face meeting was on the day of the funeral he met with my family and assured us that all was going well. He conducted the service, gave an introduction, stood in readiness during the eulogy which I gave, and gave a great summary to round the occasion.
Sadly he could not attend the wake due to work load, but played a great overall administering role for the service, the immediate family, and several friends and acquaintances.
At a time of both sadness and stress he managed the situation well.
