I am new to Systeme.io and I had a few questions regarding set up. The team was very responsive, they answered my questions and walked me through the process in an afternoon. I've worked with other tech companies and issues with setup can sometimes take days to resolve. Mine was resolved in a few hours, and that was mostly because I didn't respond to my email right away.

Natasha from the Epsom branch looked after me when I moved my Mum out of her flat to live with me and let her flat. The live was very complicated and stressful and Natasha went above and beyond to provide me with support and help make the flat ready to let. She and her team found excellent tenants in record time and mad the whole process smooth.

In a very difficult market, John and Kai at the Banstead office persevered until our house was eventually sold. They conducted viewings with great professionalism and kept us regularly informed of feedback. John in particular was always an encouragement to us when offers did not materialise. Once an offer had been received, Mark was a great help in negotiating a reduction on our new-build home. Overall, an excellent experience with the service promised at the outset delivered all along the way. I definitely recommend The Personal Agent.

Fabulous experience. I don't like zoos but i could still appreciate it. I loved all the extra touches - the recycling, the conservation shop and volunteers, the keeper talks including how we can all do our bit for the environment, the skywalks to view the big cats. My daughter had a junior zoo-keeper experience for her birthday. She came out literally beaming with happiness (thank you zookeeper Matilda! ) The splash pad was very welcome for the kids to cool off. The staff were brilliant. I would love the enclosures to be bigger especially the lion enclosure, but I still think this zoo is doing an amazing job!

Great day out, used Blue light discount, recieved a lovely welcome from girls playing pin tail on lemur, after queuing for a hand stamp, despite already having booked online? DINO land was fab, great dino display & photo opportunities but was very disappointed after spending approx £100 to be expected to pay for the train ride 🙄 After we crossed the zebra controlled road to the animal park, but sadly, most animals were either sleeping or hiding so for the 1st hour or so we were viewing plants, vegetation & empty cages. We did manage to see the Sun bear playing with her food ball, a sleeping red panda, couple of lions & monkeys. Plus camels & farm animals. The walk through lemurs was good close up interaction area. Plenty of food, drinks venues & ices which were priced as expected for a park. The play area is laid out over one long area which is difficult to watch your toddler throughout without moving around with them, although reasonable facilities. The meet the baby dinosaur, shows & photo opportunites were very good. The VR activity was not in operation. Finally the Boulder beach splash pool & slide were a great way to finish, a few sunbeds around the sides & picnic benches available. No attendants, so some bigger kids getting over excited, running & splashing did cause a few issues for younger children & splashed parents not overly amused. Toilet facilities were good, to use indoor play area you need to book a session. Free Parking on site and overflow opposite over the road. Overall an enjoyable day out 👍

Lovely zoo! Small but has lots going on :) can see all the animals, unfortunately it was hot so the cats weren't out x has mini golf in the dinosaur area! Which was really cool too. We were there for 4 hours and got to see all of it and stop for food 😌
