This company usually responds quickly. They're always polite, and even if they state something that needs clarifying for the customer, they do so without just saying: "go read the docs". I was particularly concerned about possibly losing data (I have not), and they assured me that I would not based on what I was doing. I have corresponded with them many times, and they're always politely responsive.
