I knew I was in safe hands from the moment I handed over the arrangements to Ian at Exclusive Travel, the effort Ian put into getting the finer details right, and making sure that we would have the holiday experience we wanted, was second to none. Nothing was overlooked or too much trouble, and his patience was endless when it came to answering my every question.
The hotel managed to cause a mix up with the room, but I only had to pick up the phone and Ian was there, instantly available to advise and resolve the issue…. even though it was very late at night, and he could have been forgiven for not answering my call at all!
I can’t recommend Exclusive Travel Holidays’ highly enough – thank you Ian for taking the strain out of organising our trip, and for going the extra mile to ensure that every last detail of our trip was perfect.

As many people have highlighted in previous reviews, other hotels may have better quality rooms. However for us the important factors were the fact it was quiet and the staff were polite, approachable and above all helpful.
For example the rooms we had did not have air conditioning so we requested a couple of fans which were promptly brought up. It was the same for any other issues/ requests we had. The rooms we had were clean and serviced daily unless you decide otherwise.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, largely for to the staff.

After 10 years of failed driving tests with other instructors, I decided that I needed to find a driving instructor with experience in working with neurodivergent students. After a phone call with Graham I was reassured that he would be able to work with my needs and was nothing but calm and reassuring from the get go. Unlike past instructors, Graham was able to pick up on habits and triggers that I didn't know I had and work with me on reducing overwhelm when driving. With Graham I noticed a difference immediately and it finally felt like I was learning to drive in a way that was tailored to me.
