Students from Bolton College combined their artistic abilities and entrepreneurial skills for the second national Love your Local Market event – which takes place at Bolton Market between 15 to 29 May.

This month Bolton Council have announced some great new car parking initiatives for Bolton town centre.
Tickets are now on sale for the 2013 Bolton Food and Drink Festival. Last year, demand for tickets was high and sold out quickly, so book early to avoid missing out on seeing your favourite chef. Tickets for the demonstrations only cost £5, and you can chose one of the 3 demonstrations the chefs are doing.
Between May 12th and 19th it is British Sandwich Week. But you can tuck in to a sandwich 365 days a year, with our bestof bolton members.
Fancy That has waved goodbye to one of their much employees, who has decided to start his retirement after six years with the business.

For those of us who work in or around the town centre parking is an important issue. This is why it’s great that Bolton Council could introduce some great initiatives to help encourage more people to visit Bolton Town Centre.
It’s coming up to that time of year when hundreds of school leavers across Bolton gear up for their annual prom. Summer is also an excellent time for weddings, the (allegedly) better weather this season brings is ideal for a summer ceremony.
