Franklins moved us from Berlin to Oxford end of July. A million thanks especially to Paul and Lee whom are not giving up on anything to make it happen!!! We had faced such difficulties due to unforeseen building sites towards our road, but thanks to your both determination it all got done! What can I say ! , in these days of poor service it’s so refreshing to come across a business that works for the customer.
I phone John today ( Tuesday morning 10/06/25 ) to ask about charges and after sending a picture of the rubbish I needed gone, a price was agreed. To my surprise he arranged to pick up later that day with the added bonus of giving me 30 minutes notice before arriving. I highly recommend John especially if your getting it in the ear from your better half to get things shifted.
