My only concerns is the guy assisting the driver who were unloading the delivery. He seemed impatience and irritated when we were suggesting how to unload some of our items in the front of the house. Everything would've fit inside our front house if he was listening to us. Everytime we try to explain he always turns his back to us and easily get annoyed, obviously he is not happy on what he is doing. Otherwise, the items were delivered on time.

Lovely venue with helpful staff. Stars lost due to uncomfortable seating and staff that despite a very quiet restaurant were slow in collecting food from the kitchen.
Food wise the starter was excellent, main was very good (both being fairly authentic Italian) the desserts were disappointing. My wife had the ice-cream which was nice enough.. But the order was wrong. My dessert was a frozen dessert that looked and tasted like it was bought in. If the desserts were better we would happily give the restaurant 5 stars.

I recently purchased some architrave from Skirting4u. The initial delivery was swift, but unfortunately, one of the lengths had been snapped off by the courier.I emailed them to explain the situation and sent over some photos of the damage. Within an hour, I received an email confirming a replacement had been processed and sent, and it arrived at my door 3 days later.That̢۪s what I call customer service. Good products backed by amazing customer service and responsive staff. Highly recommend. 5 stars!
