I have now used BTN Automotive three times recently — for two services and an MOT — and I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment you arrive, the team are professional, friendly, and completely transparent about the work being carried out. Communication throughout was excellent. , with everything explained clearly and no hidden costs.
The quality of workmanship has been consistently outstanding on each visit, and it is obvious they take real pride in what they do. The car was returned in excellent condition every time, with the work completed promptly and to a very high standard. It is increasingly rare to find a garage that combines technical expertise with such honest and reliable customer service.
After three separate experiences, I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional garage.

Really appreciated their honesty, attention to detail, and knowledge of Mercedes vehicles. It’s hard to find a garage you can truly trust, but these guys definitely delivered. Highly recommend to anyone needing reliable work done on their Mercedes!

Great service from start to end! Martin and Julie were so lovely and got my car sorted very quickly. I took my Peugeot 2008 that had a break button electrical issue and the team identified the problem and sorted very quickly. Very efficient and I would highly recommend!

Took my Honda CRV to Pearson Auto Electrics yesterday for a problem with all my interior lights not working, Martin put it on the diagnostic machine, found the fault and soon had everything working again. Less than half the cost of a Honda dealer. Couldn’t be happier , will definitely use Pearson again.
