I phoned at 8.45am and got an emergency appointment for 11am, same day, on a Saturday!
The practice is easy to find, and very calm and friendly.
Receptionist Saurie has such a lovely smile and friendly welcoming manner, but she's efficient and listens too; I have an awkward surname and email address but she got them both spot on first time.
I saw the dentist, Dr Kardo, and even though he's young, he's very professional and, again, friendly with it. He doesn't mess about - explained what the problem was, very clearly, and what next steps would be. He was assisted by Nurse Manasa, who was again extremely efficient.
I had an extremely positive experience from something that I was absolutely dreading.
So grateful to be able to see a great dentist pretty much immediately.
Oh, just to say, the costs you see on the website are the costs you pay - costs were clear, reasonable and no hidden extras.
Flawless, thank you so much! See you for the follow up next week.

Managed to book for a hygiene clean within the hour! Customer service was excellent and both receptionist and practitioner gave great advice on treatments etc. Will definitely be transferring here from my old dentist.

Amazing Emergency Dentist. Open 7 days and got me an appointment straight away and fixed my toothache with a totally pain free tooth extraction. Excellent prices as well and really good and easy to get as well. Best dentist I have ever been to in the Walsall and Birmingham and West Midlands area. I really recommend this dental practice to everyone!
