Right from the start we found Jess the salesman to be very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Work was even carried out earlier than expected which was fantastic. The finish of the work was not 100% satisfactory, as there were a few small imperfections. However once pointed out, they were sorted in a timely and professional manner, which is all you can ask for.
