I have never ordered any building materials, but Gill's website was easy to use, and made it easy to identify the product and gave accurate details of the price which included vat. Once submitted, you had the option to choose your delivery date. The receipt of the order was acknowledged and was followed up by an email informing you that it was ready for collection or delivery.

Good communication and we never felt pressured to buy quickly. The agent was fantastic and realistic over the properties we looked at. The office did agited us to sort out the paperwork even though we weren't the hold up (the sellers were the issue). Overall a good experience.

Got a call back later that day from a lovely lady in the office to see when would be best for me to accept delivery, requested next day, came next day as promised. Delivery driver was a nice bloke who unloaded the goods for me. Top notch service and competitively priced! I refuse to go anywhere else for my building supplies.
