Hao a problem with our composite front door. Five years after installation, it started to develop cracks in the outside.
Contacted company to arrange repair/replacement under warranty. They were very helpful. Polite and efficient over the phone and made arrangements without any hassle.
Chris, the fitter, arrived at the arranged time and completed the replacement, including refitting all fittings and furniture, cleaning up,(and fussing the dog!) in less than an hour.
Excellent service and no complaints at all.

I was struggling to find a groomer for my 2 ragdolls because I wasn’t able to tell the groomer how they would react??? I reached out to house of paws and they were so helpful from the get go! Both cats had a full groom and deshed and I’m over the moon with the results. The girls are so lovely and kind. The customer service is amazing from start to finish! we will 100% become a returning customer! Thankyou so much ladies love Lola & George 🩷🩵🩷🩵

Initially reluctant to try here due to mixed reviews but have been a few times over the last year and it's always really good food and the staff are really polite. The restaurant itselfl, I fee,l needs a bit of tlc.

This place is so fair and honest. They looked at my son's car and realised that the heated rear screen was damaged. This is not something they do but gave me advise on how to fix it myself.
When we got there my wife had a puncture. They gave me the tools to replace the wheel as mine were no good.
There was no charge for their time and trouble. They were nice people (even offered me a mince pie. I tried to insist on paying for their time but he was clear and said he didn't feel right taking payment. I told the gentleman that I would do a review but I am ashamed to say I forgot as we had a family emergency later that day.
I don't know your name but you are a bloody decent person. I did what you said and now it works - thanks for your honesty and descentsy.

Booked my van in with Pearsons after having a couple of other so called auto experts fail to repair the issue. Wasn't an option to take to main dealer as I had been told it could cost a couple of grand to sort. Martin had my van repaired within a couple of hours and all done for a mere fraction of the cost others were quoting. Great service and pretty good from someone who's supposed to be a Shyster.

I took my Fiat Doblo Van in for a diagnostic today, and Martin quickly found and fixed the issue. After taking it to three different places with no luck, it’s finally running smoothly again. Amazing service, great value for money, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Amazing service! Fast and Even £200 cheaper than quoted when I picked the car up as part was cheaper than expected, could of pocked the difference without me knowing but didn't.

Fantastic quick, honest and fair customer service. Contacted on Friday afternoon after hybrid warning light came on. They were able to book me in for Saturday morning. They ran various tests and checked batteries etc but could not find anything wrong and seemed to be a glitch. Contacted me throughout the morning to keep me informed and then asked for no charge when I collected my car as there was nothing to fix. Will definitely contact again if I encounter any further issues.

Had major electrical issues,Martin had my car on several occasions, eventually diagnosed the problems & corrected them, brilliant service, on the last occasion he reimbursed me any previous bills I had paid, wouldn't take my car anywhere else, over the moon many thanks for your perseverance
