My experience with Pickford was excellent from when I initially reach out for a quote all the way to the end of the process. Rachel Macdonald was extremely helpful and answered any question I had. As a first time buyer she made me feel at ease and like I was in good hands. Dede Ukuti was recommended to me by a colleague and he was fantastic. He dealt with my case swiftly and efficiently with a keen attention to little details and also answered my many questions swiftly. As a first time buyer I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will certainly recommend Pickfords to anyone I know who is purchasing a property. Thank you very much!

There was four people in our group and three people were served the main meal and the other one had to wait 10 minutes as they said the chef had forgotten to do the 4th meal?

Really happy with Northants Mobile Tyres! Shaun came out to fit two tyres, and despite the pouring rain, he got on with the job without a fuss. Lovely bloke, friendly and professional, and the price was very reasonable too. Thanks again, Shaun! Based on my experience, I’d highly recommend them!

Thank you so much Franklins! You were exceptional!
Shout out to Paul H and Zak - super efficient yet also super friendly - who made a really stressful morning almost fun! In spite of my having, amongst other things, 60x boxes of heavy books. 🙈
And also Bev in the office for holding my hand every step of the way from London to Marseille!
Very highly recommended! (And reasonably priced too!) 👌

Our Leamore Windows bifold door was starting to become a little ‘sticky’ to open/close…..I contacted the company who immediately arranged for a fitter to visit.
‘Nigel’ was the visiting person who, recognised the issue immediately - the frame had dropped (settled) slightly and required adjustment.
He carried out the exercise with care and cleanliness, taking 20 minutes whilst I made him a cup of tea….on completion, showed and invited me to test the closure and mechanism - which I did to satisfaction.
On leaving the property, he cleaned up and made sure everything was completed to my approval.
A lovely and friendly man, who did a good job from a reputable company - well done Leamore Windows!
