As is the case with these sorts of transactions it turned out to be more complex that we initially thought! However Jas and his team were superb. Jas Singh and his team, Nisha and Cecilia, acted on my behalf , selling my business. This was by no means a straight forward or ‘easy’ sale. To begin with they had to ‘come onboard’ after previous solicitors let me down half way through the sale, we also had the COVID19 pandemic to contend with and I also lost my husband . Throughout this time they remained supportive, especially with their vast knowledge, helpful and available.
