I brought my son to see Dr Kardo Rawanduzy this evening as an emergency appointment as he has a gum abscess. The Dentist was fantastic with my 6 year old son who was understandably very distressed at the prospect of having his tooth removed. Dr Rawanduzy treated him with compassion and let him be in control, stopping when things got too much. He ensured that an unpleasant procedure was not traumatizing (even playing my son’s favourite song during the procedure). His rapport with children is excellent - thank you! I cannot recommend the practice and Dr Rawanduzy enough!

Had a relative who was involved in a biking accident. The dental practice took their booking at last minute on a bank holiday weekend just to see to my cousin. Apparently the dentist had already finished his shift yet made the effort to go to dental practice in walsall just to attend to my cousin. If there was an option for 6 gold stars out of 5, id give them.

Following a family biking incident, I ended up contacting Church Lane Clinic Walsall to get emergency procedures done on a family member that had lost his front teeth in a crash.
Having spending hours on the phone trying to contact various emergency dental services who all ended up closed or closing (this was on a Sunday night bank holiday weekend), the NHS 111 service suggested Church Lane Clinic.
I contacted them very late, around 23:00, and on hearing our story, they decided to keep the clinic open for us, working on my family member well into the early hours of Monday bank holiday morning to get him sorted. He was treated very well and kept well informed of what was happening throughout the night.
They really did save us that day.
Easiest review for a service ever as far as I'm concerned.

Attended the practice this morning needing a scale and polish, I was greeted by the lovely Kira and India, who were warm and welcoming. India the manager offered me a coffee and Kira had a lovely chat with me. I was sitting in the waiting room watching the TV when Chelsie called me in who was lovely, I had my treatment done by Dr Ammar who was so professional, patient and kind, throughly explaining my treatment to me. He gave me great advice and helped me during my treatment. Honestly all round a lovely team, had the pleasure of also meeting Dr Noman and the nurse Destiny who were also so pleasant. If you want a stress free low anxiety dental experience then book in as soon as you can. Thank You Church Lane Dental Walsall!
