My sister passed away suddenly at the age of 42. It was a massive shock to the whole family. Kathryn is a friend of mine and I knew straight away she was the right person for the funeral. She went above and beyond to help us to get through this very difficult time. She spend many hours with me, my parents and my sisters partner. She made sure all of the family had a mention in the service and a memory that they shared about my sister. Those that came to the service thought that Kathryn knew my sister personally as she had done such a good job interpreting our memories. She was amazing. I highly recommend her. She also kept checking how we were after the service and provided information about bereavement services locally for my parents.

I tasked Kathryn with providing my Dad's service this week. I was met with warmth, understanding and compassion as we talked through the service and made the day the way I wanted it to be, respecting both mine and my dads wishes. I never felt rushed or under pressure to make decisions and I was kept informed of the process throughout. Kathryn delivered her service, and I had so many people comment how beautiful the day was, she made it wonderful and ensured a hard day was made easier by her wonderful personality and the light she brings with her.
