Welcome to the Worcestershire Guild of Contemporary Craft
The Worcestershire Guild of Contemporary Craft is a group of professional designer-makers that was founded in 1952. We aim to bring high quality craftsmanship to the community through regular exhibitions and offer our members support and opportunities for professional development.
All our members design and make their own original work, and we are pleased to provide innovative designs in ceramics, glass, jewellery, silver, textiles, leather, metalwork, and wood, with over 50 craftspeople currently being represented. Many of our members run workshops and classes for adults and young people, and include internationally established authors, lecturers, and craftsmen. We also share ideas and work in partnership with other organisations across Worcestershire, and beyond.
The work is of exceptional quality; practical, as well as decorative. We are happy to supply commissioned pieces as well as original designs. All our work is locally made, and is the perfect gift for the celebration of an event, or just to treat yourself!
