In association with Independent Martial Arts (IMA) Malvern Tae Kwon-Do Academy is Malvern's longest established and most successful Martial Arts & Self Defence Club. Established in 1985 by Master Kevin Summers, 6th Degree Black Belt.
As the martial art of Tae Kwon-Do has continued to expand throughout the county and beyond. There are now clubs in Worcester, Hereford, Leominster, Abergavenny, Droitwich, Gt Barr and Dudley.
Chief Instructor of Malvern Tae Kwon-Do Academy and Founder of IMA, Master Kevin Summers, has been associated with Tae Kwon-Do and Martial Arts for well over 20 years. He is an innovator, bringing new concepts in teaching to all students and other instructors within the area.
Master Summers is a sincere and dedicated instructor who believes in the values instilled by Martial Arts. Teaching students of all ages Master Summers continues to practice and pass on his knowledge and experience to the highest possible standards.
