After losing weight using food packs, I reached the point where I wanted to move onto maintenance and, more importantly, understand nutrition properly and what my body actually needs. Jo was absolutely brilliant in supporting me through that transition.
Not only did she help me build the knowledge and confidence to maintain my weight, but she also inspired me to become much more adventurous with food. It's been so exciting experimenting with new ingredients and recipes. Some I've loved, others not so much, but that's all part of the journey! I've realised that nutrition is so much more fascinating and complex than I ever imagined.
One of the biggest changes Jo helped me make was shifting my mindset from counting calories to understanding and tracking macros. It's made such a difference and feels like a much more positive, sustainable approach.
Jo is incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely passionate about nutrition, and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. She's also funny, approachable and completely non-judgemental, making every session enjoyable as well as informative.
