I absolutely love the products from Dark Foundry No. 8. The smells are amazing and they last so much longer than any other I've bought. I subscribe to the Ember box monthly and it is astonishing value for money. Cannot reccomend them more. My favourites are the Blacksmith's Rhubarb and Mcintosh Pumpkin. I recently purchased some architrave from Skirting4u. The initial delivery was swift, but unfortunately, one of the lengths had been snapped off by the courier.I emailed them to explain the situation and sent over some photos of the damage. Within an hour, I received an email confirming a replacement had been processed and sent, and it arrived at my door 3 days later.That’s what I call customer service. Good products backed by amazing customer service and responsive staff. Highly recommend. 5 stars!
