We approached Binney and Sims to design a single storey pan-tiled kitchen-diner extension to the ground floor of our house in Cambridgeshire. The existing house is a nightmare of different construction across at least 2 centuries and no 2 walls are perpendicular to each other or the ground upon which they sit. To add to the confusion, our plans also needed to get rid of a dilapidated 1980s-built conservatory. From the outset Binney and Sims were right on top of our brief. They made a thorough survey of our site and came up with a great first set of drawings. Inevitably, the visualisation that these provided gave us more to think about and prompted a rethink of our original approach. As our plans evolved we became doubtful how things would eventually look on the ground and, so, Binney and Sims produced a 3-D view to help us visualise the ideas involved. When it came to dealing with the Parish Council over Planning Permission and their muppet objections about bat nests, underground water courses and the duck pond half a mile away Binney and Sims took it all on so we didn't have to. They ran with all this throughout and didn't charge us a penny over their originally quoted fee. Every one of our many e-mails was answered politely, thoroughly and quickly. Couldn't have asked for a better, more responsive service and absolutely delighted to be moving forward with the dream plan for our home.

Not actually my local cinema. But we were in St Neots on Thursday evening waiting for my daughter at a friend's party. So rather than go home and come back later, we checked out this gem of a Cineworld in the town centre. Staff were all polite and professional. Special thanks to the guy at the poster table checking tickets. He was really helpful and even offered to assist us from the foyer to our seats, with all our hot dog, drinks and nachos!

We had three Mitsubishi Electric AC units installed to provide mainly heating. A smooth professional job at all stages: Pete came around promptly to carry out an initial assessment; the quotation arrived by email soon after; the installation was booked; the installation and commissioning was carried out by Pete & Josh who did a neat and tidy job.
Very pleased with the system and with the whole service provided by Climatise.

From the start a site visit Pete checked out want we wanted advised us as to the position of units. Book in a day to install, work carried out with care and attention to our property. He then explained how to use the remote controls and how to look after the units. Very painless install he took away all the packing and left house tidy.

We can not praise Kelly and her team of fitters enough for the help, service and product supplied. Right from our first visit where we clearly had no idea what we wanted. Kelly visited us, measured up our bathroom and provided various options to consider. We decided what we wanted and opted for the range of products which best suited our needs and placed an order. When Jack & Simon arrived to fit the bathroom they too were excellent. Quick, very tidy, even down to the protective floor covering for our wooden floors. They were with us for the week, in which time they gutted the bathroom, tiled the floor, walls and skimmed the ceiling, installed toilet, sink unit, bath, shower unit, storage cupboards including illuminated bathroom cabinet. The electrics were provided by Mike who fitted new ceiling lights, extractor fan (which is amazingly efficient!) An absolutely stunning renovation!! Thank you Kelly, Jack, Simon and Mike.
