Absolutely fantastic meal from starters through to desserts. My wife and I went for a Sunday evening, service was quick, no long waits for any course at all. The Crown is definitely one of our favourites.

Nice little theatre, staff are friendly and very helpful. Great little bar and good prices. Seats are a tad uncomfortable after sitting for a long time but if youâre engrossed in a production then youâll soon forget about that.<br><br>There is parking available but would suggest anyone getting there early so you donât miss out on a parking space.

I attended a networking event and lunch today at the Crown. I came with a list of allergies and intolerances and Lucy along with her team were more than happy to accommodate me and my dietary needs. As someone who avoids eating out due to this it was a breathe of fresh air to be able to eat out and enjoy lovely food, drinks and company in a beautiful setting. We approached Binney and Sims in summer 2022 to design a 2 storey extension integrating a new kitchen and master bedroom. We were presented with multiple fantastic options within a few weeks of initial inquiry, and they were very responsive to our small tweaks. They possess a high level of technical competence (as well as brilliant design minds) meaning you're not left with an unbuildable design!
They clearly have well versed in dealing with council planners, and know what may or may not get approved, and how to go about it. The whole application process was handled with great aplomb despite the odd pushback, and we are thrilled to have received planning approval within 3 months. Importantly, you can easily get hold of the team for any queries. Essentially, they made our life very easy and delivered beyond expectations.
