What an excellent team you make! Having recently gutted our bathroom, you then transformed it into a really superb wet room. It is absolutely ideal for John's disability. Once again, the "A" team, Mike and Ryan have surpassed themselves and completed an excellent job in renovating our cloakroom and ensuite. All our friends admire their jobs and as the current saying goes, certainly give the rooms the "wow" factor. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Coopers Bathrooms to anyone as the work and tolerance on their part are second to none.

We cannot thank Mike and Andy enough for the professional and skilled job they have done in turning a nightmare into a lovely workable bathroom for my husband with his Parkinsons and me.
They encountered huge problems from the start - indeed having to say the conversion couldn't be done because of the age of the cottage (1860) and the unusual flooring, plumbing and electricity supply!! But they discussed it all with us - saying what could be done - albeit not at the original plan - and would be workable.
At all times they were considering my husband's problems - and as they hit snags they were so kind, supportive and confident they could be solved. Their workmanship is excellent and they always left the cottage neat and tidy and were a pleasure to have in our home. We would highly recommend your company to anyone needing a bathroom conversion.

This letter comes to say a big thankyou for building me such a beautiful bathroom.
This could not have been achieved without the courtesy and consideration shown to me whilst trying to decide on alteration to existing plumbing, selection of furniture and texture of tiles. Nothing was too much trouble and I was introduced to styles of taps and showers I never knew existed, being given choices which could be co-ordinated to make the final outcome pleasing to the eye.
This was accomplished by a plumber who, as soon as he had put down the first dust sheet, made me feel that he cared about my house and I just knew that the work he would do would be truly proficient. It was.
The final carpentry to the door and artexing were equally neatly exectuted, as was the removal of rubbish and clearing up throughout, completing the overall picture, which in the autumn of my life will give me great pleasure.
