We have used Binney and Sims for two extensions on different houses. Katie provided excellent drawings and was very helpful suggesting builders that she knew would carry out professional work. Binney and Sims sorted all of the planning applications and were very helpful with any queries during the process. Very user friendly including making last minute alterations to drawings when requested. Have already and would continue to recommend the company.

Katie and Heather helped us to design our L-shaped extension on the back of our house and a small one on the front. Their suggestions were really helpful and led to a much better design than we originally planned on. They also helped us with our structural engineer when we couldn't get hold of them and helped us find the right trades for the job. Fully recommend their services

Visiting Shimpling the other Sunday, we were looking for a good walk with a pub lunch and were recommended the Crown at Hartest. So glad we took the advice - it has to be the best pub roast I've ever had. Succulent tender roast beef with crisp roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and masses of lovely fresh vegetable cooked to perfection, followed by a yummy sticky toffee pudding and washed down with the pub's own Brewshed bitter. Not only that we and our dog were made to feel very welcome - everyone who served us were absolutely delightful. Can't recommend highly enough.
