Loved the warm welcome we received and the excellent service throughout the evening. Atmosphere was great and many chatty locals around. No hurry to get us off our table either so we could stay and chat with friends we hadn't seen for a while.

Really great hearty food, portion size very generous and all food delicious! Drinks were also varied and delicious we sat in the large dining room with a large other party present which made it tricky hear at our table. Not the venues fault but it did have an impact on our experience.

celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday on Easter Sunday and had the most amazing time, food was fabulous as always and the service 1000% , nothing was too much trouble, even though I changed the numbers twice and had unexpected guests join! The car park is free currently so that makes going easier. So more money on snacks.
