All the team were great and Jack and Zac coped beautifully with my ‘crazy lady cat instructions’ - they were a credit to the team - some minor hiccups our side but every one adapted and worked around it …and around the storm! Booked a four day break and was given a Queen Room 109. Tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and a lovely balcony that overlooks the port. Service is first class, all very friendly....cater for everything. Food and drink is exceptional. Located just off the High Street in an elevated position....quiet and ok if you don't like hills. Superb hotel offering a 5star service

We stayed here over Christmas and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We have stayed in many hotels over the years, but this one stands above the rest. It is easily one of our favourite hotels, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. We will definitely be back.
