Mark was very approachable and had provided me with a quote within 24 hours of our telephone conversation. Subsequently he personally visited the house many times to run through ideas, themes etc. He was transparent about the cost of equipment and had a detailed understanding of the components. We agreed a timeline of start to completion of two weeks and the project was complete with one day to spare! Work started promptly everyday at 0800 and regularly went on well after 1800. The team are excellent workers and exhibit a tour de force! Mark managed to secure me a upgrade on my projector for a reduced charge, again just another perk! Before choosing Silk Ave I had received other quotes, however they are over inflated. Finally, the team has produced 'The Regal Room', 7.2 surround sound, 150 inch 2:40:1 aspect screen cinema room.
