My bank for yrs, not my main account. Updated my address on the app and apparently nothing can be posted ie new bank card for 60 days. So new Acc /bank card needed to be sent to a branch. Popped in Saturday 11th March and a very attentive and friendly staff member Toby, greeted me, took my ID and brought my card back in 30secs. Excellent service and attention from Toby. Thank you.

Long waits. Under staffed. Helpful staff , but can figure that they are overwhelmed with customers as can get busy most times. Not a pleasant in store banking experience with HSBC.
