The facilities, the food, the staff and the price.
The price of the food is steep, the surroundings are very industrial, but there's not a lot they can do about that, it's a football stadium.

ok if you get it cheap don't bother with breakfast.
the hotel was at a great location and the staff was really nice and helpful
the bed linen was really bad, it was worn out and really soft. the breakfast was also bad for the price £11.99, I know it was still with Covid restriction but the price could have been lowered accordingly. the buffet food was greasy and overcooked, no cereals, was expecting a lot for £11.99
