Lovely venue with helpful staff. Stars lost due to uncomfortable seating and staff that despite a very quiet restaurant were slow in collecting food from the kitchen.
Food wise the starter was excellent, main was very good (both being fairly authentic Italian) the desserts were disappointing. My wife had the ice-cream which was nice enough.. But the order was wrong. My dessert was a frozen dessert that looked and tasted like it was bought in. If the desserts were better we would happily give the restaurant 5 stars.

I recently purchased some architrave from Skirting4u. The initial delivery was swift, but unfortunately, one of the lengths had been snapped off by the courier.I emailed them to explain the situation and sent over some photos of the damage. Within an hour, I received an email confirming a replacement had been processed and sent, and it arrived at my door 3 days later.That’s what I call customer service. Good products backed by amazing customer service and responsive staff. Highly recommend. 5 stars!

First time visit to Guernsey and we stayed at the OGH to celebrate my 60th birthday ( hubby was also 60 but at the beginning of June ) We stayed for 10 nights. we were welcomed with a glass of bubbles and shown around the hotel after booking in, our cases were sent up to our room ready for when we went up, the air con was lovely as very hot when we got there.
The staff were all very helpful and a big shout out to “T” and Pamela, also thank you to the chef as Pamela asked him to speak to us about getting some spider crab, edible crab and whole fish as not on the menu which he did and it was lovely ( hopefully I can send some pics ).
My birthday breakfast was brilliant, bunch of flowers on the table, some Buck’s Fizz and a bottle of champagne ( flowers ordered by hubby )
And lots of birthday wishes from all the staff.
The food was excellent in the hotel and lots of tables in the gardens to sit in the shade or the sun with a cold glass of wine or a cocktail.
Thank you Sianna for keeping us fed and watered while we lazed by the pool and made sure everyone had enough towels, also a cold glass of wine by the pool is a must.

Great service from a friendly team. Efficient quote with clear explanation of work that would be done and that they would need the car for at least 3 days to do complete refurbishment of 3 wheels. Collected car..all work done as promised and looks fantastic. Well done to all the team at Elite Walsall.

Wow what a lovely lunch my wife and i had after a motorcycle ride, we had two steak sandwiches which came with fries and a salad. They were so tender and the service. Was also great. Definitely looking to go back. They also have a lovely beer garden.

Now I don't do a lot of social media or reviews, and I'll only leave a review if somewhere is exceptionally good or exceptionally poor.
Last night was my 3rd visit to Vault & Vine in Market Harborough, and I'm not a massive Italian fan as I find pasta quite boring. But at Vault & Vine its far from boring. Service and staff are very good to.
In my opinion, its probably now, one of the best restaurants in the town 👌
