The Garrick has always been a family favourite for pantomimes and much more. Every year the Garrick out do them selves with there phemononal pantomimes and shows they offer throughout the year. Why go any place else when we have such a treasure so local. Furthermore the Garrick have many provided opportunities for the younger generation to get stuck in to theatre now even expanding to Burntwood working alongside the council and creative Burntwood to provide creative clubs for teens. All the staff at the Garrick are lovely from the front of house like Heidi to the community officer and Burntwood director Sophie always happy to help and support.

Migrating an entire website is never a simple process, especially when the business has ongoing marketing campaigns, events, and many moving parts. Our migration required several rounds of feedback, adjustments, and fine-tuning, so it wasn't a one-click process.
What really made the experience exceptional was the migration team, and especially Amira. She was incredibly responsive, patient, and pleasant to work with throughout the entire project. Rather than simply completing a task and moving on, she collaborated with us, listened carefully to every piece of feedback, implemented changes quickly, and remained available until everything was working as expected.
It genuinely felt like we were working with an extension of our own team instead of communicating with customer support. That level of commitment is rare.
Of course, website migrations require revisions and back-and-forth communication, but that's completely normal for a project of this complexity. What matters is how the team handles that process, and Amira made every interaction smooth, professional, and enjoyable.

I am new to Systeme.io and I had a few questions regarding set up. The team was very responsive, they answered my questions and walked me through the process in an afternoon. I've worked with other tech companies and issues with setup can sometimes take days to resolve. Mine was resolved in a few hours, and that was mostly because I didn't respond to my email right away.

I won’t be in a rush to return here:
- we stood at the bar, for at least 5 minutes, waiting to ‘check in’ but there was only one person serving. She was repeatedly telling the two people in front that they would have to wait for a long time for food, as the kitchen was busy. Eventually a younger girl came and took our drink order and showed us to our table.
- a single G&T and a small lemonade was over £10!
- the food felt pricey for what it was. I had fish and chips, but the chips were just skin-on wedges of potato that were hard. The batter was also hard and chewy. Some chunky triple-cooked chips would have been nice. It felt like an okay meal that you’d make at home. Portion size was okay though. My partner said the burger was lovely. A friend said the goats’ cheese tart was not great.
- they desperately need something to ward off flies. At one point, we had 5-6 repeatedly landing on us and our food. A zapper or something similar would help. I left half of my food, as the flies kept landing on it.
- desserts were £9, so we didn’t bother, given the quality of the mains.
- food took a long time to come out.
- our bill wasn’t brought to the table in good time, so we went to the bar to pay. Again, it was a long ritual all in all, as it took a long time for a second member of staff to appear to help.
- the women’s loos looked okay at a glance, but they were extremely grubby - the door, behind the sink, the taps etc. They really do need a deep clean.

First takeaway from here, food was very nice, but really expensive for what we had, which was 4 mains, a naan bread and two pilau rice, cost nearly £80, probably wouldn't order again as the portions were very small for the price.
