Brunswick Fine Wines offers exactly the sort of service you hope for from an independent wine merchant. Ordering was quick and effortless, and they have an excellent selection of local sparkling wines, with plenty of choice to suit different tastes.
I placed my order one evening and, by the following morning, the bottles had already been chilled and were waiting in the fridge ready for collection—a thoughtful touch that made all the difference.
Friendly, efficient service, a fantastic range of wines, and genuine attention to detail. An excellent local business that clearly takes pride in both its products and its customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will certainly be returning.

Eaten here with various different family members during June on three occasions. It’s an impressive restaurant. We have never booked but staff have courteously taken us to a table. Drinks appeared soon after we had ordered. Wide choice of food with pastas and pizzas on the menu as well as fish and meat ones. Prices seem right for this venue.Everyone has been happy with their choice of food and we will be back again. In restaurants after we’ve finished our meal no one seems to notice we have finished and would like to pay, I must have become invisible. It’s happened in many places and happened here on one occasion.

Lovely pub, great food, and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, we were really disappointed by the amount of dog mess in the beer garden. We had young children with us, and it had been trampled around the seating area, making it unpleasant and unhygienic.
This isn't the dogs' fault—it's the responsibility of their owners to clean up after them. If some owners can't do that, then perhaps the pub should consider either restricting dogs or carrying out thorough checks of the beer garden before customers arrive.
We were the first table of the day, so it could have been cleared before opening. It's not fair that families with young children have to worry about them running through or stepping in someone else's dog's mess. We hope this is something that can be addressed, as it's the only thing that spoiled an otherwise enjoyable visit.
