Excellent friendly hotel staff, made my wife and I very welcome. The lady who greeted us for breakfast was extremely friendly and helpful. Location ideal for what we wanted, added bonus being a football fan got to meet several Bolton Wanderers players

We had a suite on the top floor. Room was huge- the bathroom was huge with both separate bath and shower.
The room was fairly basic but did the job and gave us the space we needed with 2 children.
Breakfast was good plenty of choice and tasted fantastic.
We took over an area of the bar with over 20 family members one evening and this was no problem at all.
The down side was the pool area. It was a bit grim with random bits of tile missing all over the base 👎
All in all good value. However I think it would cost a lot more during the football season.

Staying here for a 5 day break catching up with family, we have watched the Reebok being built brick by brick, I celebrated my 50th birthday party here 10 years ago, so have lots of happy memories of this place. Was a bit apprehensive about booking a room here after all the speculation regarding the situation, I have to say that from checking in to the bar and restaurant service so far has been spot on ! I know it’s my first night here and unless things go down hill from here on then I won’t report !

On check-in we were greeted by a lovely gentleman on reception who was so friendly and helpful. Our deluxe room was lovely. Very spacious, clean and more than we expected. I ate in the bar area, the club sandwich was lovely and the bar staff were so kind, friendly and attentive. The gentleman who cleaned our room, Graham, was so friendly and extremely conscientious, he made sure everything was perfect and that we didn't need anything else before he left A**
The location is great for everything, plenty of free parking on site and the whole of the hotel is spacious.
I keep coming back and am looking forward to my next visit.

Plenty of parking in front of the hotel. Reception welcoming and easy. rooms compact and comfortable. Buffet breakfast very good including the coffee. We always look for a deal. Very competitive price for our stay

Have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past as for me the location is perfect as my family live quite close by, my recent visit was enjoyable and all of the staff have been great in particular Sam, Ashton & Sophie. From checking in to checking out everything was handled efficiently. My only complain is the price of food and drinks, especially the drinks. One large glass of white wine was 8.75 and a coffee is 3,50 so be warned. The room was of good size and very clean although the WIFI was a bit hit and miss in the bedroom.

lovely hotel - easy to find and great location next to retail park - Hotel lovely and clean - staff wonderful and food excellent - breakfast was a joy. We will now be a regular customer as do not think we could get a better hotel in Bolton or nearby

Stayed for one night on a recent trip, the hotel is situated just off the M61 and is part ot The Macron football stadium.
Checkin was fast and professional by very helpful staff.
The rooms are somewhat larger than normal with a nice large bathroom.It was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable.Some of the rooms look onto the football pitch.
Breakfast is buffet style with a great selection of hot and cold food and was one of the best breakfasts I have had for a long time.
All the staff were wonderful and very helpful carrying luggage to my room.
Ample free car parking is available with plenty of disabled spaces.
The site is also part of a large retail park with the big brand names being present.
The hotel offers great Lancashire hospitality.

We were visiting Bolton Whites when they were in administration, however the service and rooms were still clean so you wouldn't particularly tell. We did have a few issues though, such as being woken up on the first morning by countless metal kegs being chucked on the floor immediately outside our room(!). Also, the corridor outside our room (122) smelt of wee/vomit for the entire stay. We mentioned this to reception as soon as we realised, but nothing noticable was done about this. If we need to visit Bolton again, we'd probably go to the nearby Premier Inn instead.
