The mattress was perfect
Aircon would be better in a room however I had a fan and staff were great to bring me ice to make a cold drink

We went for lunch with our toddler. He has a milk allergy, so eating out can be stressful. They have the allergens clearly marked in the menu for every item, which immediately put us at ease. They couldn't have been more helpful, and when the food came it was spectacular. This will be the first of many visits!

Rooms “dated” but the most comfortable roomy bed, lovely soak in deep bath with hot water (not tepid). Well thought out design handrails. Great temperature in room all night. Black out curtains. Can honestly say one of the best nights rest I have ever had and would recommend it, Very reasonable in price - can’t wait for breakfast 💕

This was the second year running that I have used Welwyn roofbox hire, this time for three bike carriers, and again the service from the team was excellent from start to finish. Fitting, instructions on use and removal of equipment was well organised and done quickly. The price was very reasonable in my view and I would definitely recommend them for the hire of roof boxes or bike carriers.

I always have an excellent stay here. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are large with a bath and shower. The bar is pleasant and there is a good menu of bar meals. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
