A chap called George spoke to me today. Polite person and easy to understand. The only reason for 4 stars is I did feel like I was asked a lot of questions. I know he was just doing his job to ensure everything is correct. Overall good experience. Be careful of the £90 admin fee if you change anything. I myself didn't spot this until I signed. Not needed it yet so haven't paid the amount.

Quick and efficient service from your staff.
Out of your control the escalating cost of car insurance cover.very easy to say “well everything is going up” but how do they justify a 250% increase in 2 years . I like many can only afford to pay increase out of savings not income .I believe the insurance companies are restoring profits lost during covid.

Operators are pretty good , but difficult to get immediate decision.
Didn’t like having to go thru different depts ,with long 45 min wait for referral to Cust Services for simple admin change that was then charged £50!
No one rang back with quote as promised and so went elsewhere .

We visited the studio theatre at the Garrick in Lichfield. There were no Front of House staff in the theatre. a man took our tickets outside & instructed us to walk across the set to the far side to our seats. Our seats were actually on the near side. It was not easy to find your seat. Numbers were marked on the floor & not visible until you were on top of it. We noticed many people having to move because they were in the wrong seats.The rake is very steep & not suitable for older theatre goers. The seats are very narrow & uncomfortable. At the beginning of the performance a member of staff entered & sat at the back. I dread to think what would have happened if there had been an emergency evacuation. Very disappointing visit. will not go again.

We thought that the 2014 pantomime, Cinderella, was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed it from begining to end. It was clear from audience reaction that our view was shared. I can honestly say it was the best we have seen for many years.
