Rooms very clean and penthouse spacious
Breakfast hot tasty with plenty choice all staff courteous and helpful
Big thanks to Kelly on reception for making us welcome and to Connor at the bar who served us several times especially at a really busy time when the dance competition was on
Will be back soon with the grandchildren to visit family again even better when pool refitted
May make it a regular base

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was a good size. Decent shower. Easy parking.
Couldn't connect to the hotel WiFi and didn't have time to try and get it resolved with reception.

Great hotel
Very comfy bed. Completely soundproof - I didn't hear any in the other rooms for the whole stay. Staff were very friendly and helped me out with various queries. Modern rooms with ample space. Very clean.
Location is only good if you want to be up at the stadium. But I booked that on purpose, so it's not really a complaint. But if you want it to be convenient for the town centre, it isn't really.

A great one night stay.
Checking in / Out was quick. Response to housekeeping was quick. Request at breakfast was quick.
The bathroom had a bit of water damage and no sockets beside the bed to charge phones overnight. Lucky I took an extension lead.
