I needed assistance with the migration of my e-mail campaigns and contacts from another plattform to systeme.io and Said assisted me very well! He was reachable at all times, even on the weekends and responded very quick. Time is a factor when doing enquiries. Although support have a 24 hour turnaround time, the issue was resolved within the span of about an hour. This great if you look at the volumes of enquiries, a company this size might experience daily.
