This is the second time we have used Horizon Developments. This time was for a garden project. Their work is again exceptional. They were well mannered, always polite and work ethic is professional. Always kept us informed of every step of the project, were always punctual, tidy and quality of work second to none. They executed our vision exactly as we imagined it. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will use them again in future. Thanks Mark, Jordan and Tom. Gary and Marie Bradburn.

Good night that would of been excellent if there were rules to stop drunken selfish people dancing in front of stage when people are sitting in there allocated seats... We pay for a seat sit in it if they want to dance dance in side walkways away from peoples veiws...

My wife loves a hotel with sumptuous fabrics, deep pile carpets and old world charm, but not in a fuddy duddy-ish way. Sadly, she wasn't with me on this trip as she would have loved this hotel. The hotel is relatively small, beautifully done up and interesting, tucked away in a side street. My room was small but very nice - plush but in a non-overbearing way (with a 1920s vibe) and with a sea view. The bar was small and atmospheric with great cocktails, and the breakfast was excellent (think homemade granola, fresh berries and fruit and nuts and seeds). To top it all off, the staff were professional, efficient and welcoming.

Yet again we've had another excellent meal at the Everest Lounge! The menu is very varied caring for all tastes! The staff are always very helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend the Everest Lounge to anyone,you won't be disappointed!

The Smiths are dead.. If you are a Smiths fan make sure you seize every opportunity to see this act. Simply superb! Having g seen many over the years these are 'simply the best'. We came out and immediately looked to see wherever could see them again. Come back soo n and as we could not find your online presence pls get it out there. Amazing intimate venue and superb ...simply magnificent..ranging g from.vocals....performance and musicians. Come back soon!

We booked tickets to this tribute on the back of a cancelled weekend in Southampton to see another Smiths tribute during lockdown. So in the end it worked out well. Being big Smiths fans from some 40 odd years ago we looked forward to a night of nostalgia and good music. If I heard it right this was in fact the inaugural performance for this tribute band. Well done lads you did just fine! We enjoyed these talented musicians take on one of the most iconic bands of all time. As big music fans we go to all sorts of tribute nights some bang average, most pretty good and a few that we thought just excellent. For The Smiths are Dead we reckoned pretty good…….not bad at all for a first time out! Our bit of feedback…..work on developing your presentation between songs to give a flavour of the Smiths rise and inspiration as a band….maybe a video backdrop as well. Who do we think are the benchmarks….Live on Mars (Bowie) just brilliant. ELO Experience…..great tribute to a great band. Luther…great voice and great audience rapport. The Simon & Garfunkel Story……superb tribute and superb backdrop presentation.

NOT a 5* experience I’m afraid.
The TV in our room broke after a few hours and wasn’t able to be fixed for the duration of our stay.
There was a large rust patch IN the Bath!
Early morning paper never arrived!
Lock on room was faulty and we consequently locked out of our room.
On the positive side the staff were attentive at all times. And the breakfast meals were very tasty.
All in all VERY disappointing and NOT the 5* experience we had hoped for:(

We ordered takeaway from here recently, however 2 items were missing from the order. Contacted the restaurant and spoke to a friendly and professional member of the team who apologised and promised to sort. In 10mins the missing items were at our door with an apology from the driver also and a complimentary beer. Never experienced as good customer service to rectify an issue especially a takeaway on a busy Saturday night! Was really impressed and will definitely be using Everest Lounge again.
We haven’t yet had the chance to dine in at the restaurant but always looks busy and I can see why. Look forward to visiting soon. Keep up the great work!
