Location is great, opposite the pier! Parking in February is OK outside the hotel and they have private parking at £6 per day.
Room is small and a double bed, but at £45 for 2 b&b, we are not complaining! And there's a sea view!! There was plenty of hot water and the room is warm enough. TV a bit small but adequate. Reception was friendly & helpful. Didn't eat in or go to the bar but it looked OK.
Only stayed I night but at that price may be back!

After ordering our new car from 360 Vehicle Leasing I found Chris and Russell most helpful and obliging. I had cause to phone them a few times and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Lovely family meal, great service, great food, highly recommended.
We had 3 banquets between 2 adults and 2kids and it was more than plenty we took some home!

Further to my previous (unfavourable) review (above) of the delivery service I experienced from The Everest Lounge, the Owner contacted me and enticed me to give The Everest Lounge a second chance. We did this last night 11/03/23. I spoke to a very nice lady who took my order and payment pleasantly and efficiently, telling me my order will be delivered in 40 mins. The delivery arrived exactly on time and as we ate our meals we all commented on the excellent standard and quality and deliciousness of the meal. In short Everest Lounge it's a big "thumbs up" from us. Thank you and compliments to your team, we will be returning.

I have had to talk to One Answer Insurance more than normal as in November I cracked my windscreen and needed to have it replaced. I was able to source a local repair business that had me back on the road in just a few days and having submitted my claim to my insurer this was processed quickly and without any fuss at all. Thats to all the team members that helped me with my renewals and recent windscreen claim.

My wife and I visited recently and first of all nothing was bad in the slightest, it's just that with the reviews on TripAdvisor and the awards this place have we were both a bit disappointed that everything was just nice. I think we were hoping to be hit with taste sensations but sadly none of it was very memorable, we had the Gurkhali platter for two and again it was nice enough with perhaps only the chicken tikka standing out as very flavoursome. We weren't sure what to choose from the menu so we both decided to have items from the Chef's Signature Dishes area, my wife had Everest special mix Kadahi and I had the Murgh Keema Palak in the hope that the Chef's specials would perhaps be the best dishes. Neither of our curries were much more than nice (that word again, sorry!), it might just have been that we didn't order the best things from the menu and clearly we're missing something due to the aforementioned accolades but we just couldn't find it. I doubt we'll return, perhaps we got unlucky or chose poorly but we've had far more flavoursome food elsewhere and wouldn't really want to take a chance on a repeat experience when the competition is so strong in Harborough.
