Found this guys on Google by chance and couldn't ask for better service. Mark showed up earlier than expected, did such a great job had to leave a review for other people to see. 10 out of 10 will call him again if I have future problems. Very friendly, very professional, reasonable prices and also gave us some advices before he left. Very happy overall with everything.

Mark responded quickly to our problem with an electrical circuit that controlled a number of downstairs lights. We had a fault where some spotlights would not switch off at either wall switch. I had also noticed a burning smell and had switched off the circuit. Mark quickly identified the problem<br>as arcing which had damaged one of the switches. This was replaced and Mark then tested all of the circuits for safety and gave a clean bill of health. He also gave some practical advice about replacing some spotlights with a central light fitting. I would strongly recommend Mark he is friendly and enthusiastic and gave a very reasonable bill for his work.

I joined systeme.io about a year ago. I remember vaguely something about teetering back and forth about whether I should get the free, or paid subscription at $197.00 ($217.71CAD...yes, I'm a Canadian). I remember strongly leaning towards the free subscription as I struggle with digital content and computer technology. Apparently I was enrolled in their automatic renewal subscription which came as a bit of a surprise simply because I'm not the type to invest into something I'm not good at. I asked systeme.io that I just turned 68 and on a fixed income and that I did not want to pay for something I knew nothing about. I told them that if I was enrolled in the automatic renewal, then it was by mistake and if they would kindly refund me. They told me that it was not usually their policy and not refundable as stated in our Terms and Conditions (Article 3), but on rare occasions they would refund on special occasions. That was super nice of them! It's a pleasure to be on their team and platform!
