Rooms need updating for the price
Very comfortable pillow, Location was good
Lots of noise arguing from nearby rooms. Very loud fire alarm went off in the night, reception said it was mens deodorant?? At 2 47ish? I suspect it was one of the young men I saw in the lifts fooling around. Either smoking or spraying deodorant in the detector. Non smoking room smelt of smoke. Rooms very tired, bathroom door chipped from damp for example.. so not really good value for money

Mostly very good, with a few niggles
The room was clean and a good size, with adequate hanging space, although some degree of maintenance was needed on the drawers. The ensuite was also clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, with wide choice and the hot food was well prepared and served. Parking was fairly easy and the location convenient.
There was occasional noise from inconsiderate guests. This was not helped by a brief fire alarm at 2:45am. The furniture could do with a little maintenance. The TV was not working properly with a number of channels missing.

I've been with 1 Answer for a good few years now, and surprisingly every year my van insurance has been decreasing each time. I have never had any cause to complain the staff are always friendly, they listen and as I have a disabled son as well as 2 other small boys, being prioritised in case of a breakdown, (Smart motorways scare the crap out of me), was a main concern this year with breakdown cover. I now have the added luxury of knowing that my van would be taken to a garage and a guaranteed replacement minibus would be arranged for upto 21 days. Payment is spread over 10 months so for me that helps. All in all I would recommend them highly.

Lovely staff, food looked amazing, but when tasted it was so hot it blew our minds.
We're both pretty tolerant of chilli and always order things towards the top of the (curry) scale. But this was something else. It made my eyes roll back in my head. I then looked at my partner and he went from red to scarlet to purple in the face! Never happened before. The naan bread was absolutely delish and the rest tasty - just beyond hot and therefore inedible.
