We stayed in a superior room for 3 nights. Room was dirty and not hovered properly. Coffee machine and kettle dirty. Grubby marks on heater and bathroom doors. Housekeeper needs a talking too. Breakfast was good but could have been hotter. Plates were hot but milk jugs need a good clean ! Will be going back to the Queens next time !

We initially started sessions with Liz from Grow your mindset for our son but have found that we have all benefitted as a family from the sessions. We have seen a massive change in our son’s behaviour and outlook on things and life has certainly got easier since starting the sessions.
The sessions are so creative and engaging and framed in a way that is fun.

Absolutely delicious food, in fact we have decided that Everest Lounge was the best “Indian” food we’ve ever had! The dishes we chose were actually Nepalese, but they were so tasty I can’t wait to go back! The Momo dumplings are amazing.
