Just signed up with Systeme yesterday. I had some technical issues and I emailed them, and got answer and help right away. I also emailed some questions BEFORE I signed up, and they even answered me within short time. Have not experienced that with other plattforms... This is what I call real customer service! Looking forward to continue my journey with Systeme!

I took a Tiffany necklace in as it just wasn't hanging correctly and would knot so easily. Jackie was superb she suggested a sympathetic design change. I was overjoyed when I collected it, the necklace is now perfect, alterations have really enhanced the design and the necklace is now perfect to wear. Thank you for bringing my necklace back to life.
