Instantly took the stress away from me, made me feel so at ease and even when I was trying to do 100 things at the one time Joel was so patient and understanding waiting on hold for me & calling back so quickly! I honestly could not fault him at all he went above & beyond to find the most suitable insurance for me! Thank you so much Joel you definetely deserve a pay rise dealing with me ha ha! I was playing in a tournament and the hotel made my stay a good one I needed to have a quick meal in order to get out in the evening and the staff went over and above to help me with this. Room was very comfortable and the wifi was good quality Nothing at all
